One tap a day, from Bright to Heavy. There is no writing.
After 3 low days in a row (you can change the number), your chosen buddy gets one line, such as “Call Aran today.” They never see your moods or the reason.
Sort tasks into Do first, Schedule, Delegate and Later, with due dates. On a low day, Today shows only one task.
Sort trusted people into Call anytime, Quick call, Message first and Light chat. On a low day, the app suggests one person to call and one to message, with one-tap Call, SMS and WhatsApp.
Four calm games, one picked for today's mood: Breathe (Heavy), Bubble Pop (Low), Pair Up (Okay) and Colour Clash (Good or Bright).
Gentle 15/3, Classic 25/5 or Deep 50/10 minutes. You can link a session to a task, and an alarm sounds when it ends. Focus has its own tab in the bottom menu.
A daily streak with a rest day: after 7 days in a row, one missed day is forgiven. There are 12 bronze, silver and gold badges.
Check-ins, finished tasks, focus sessions, games, reaching out to someone and badges each grow a flower. There are 12 flowers, including the rare Neelakurinji, and a Golden Lotus every 20th bloom.

Daybloom installs from outside the Google Play Store, so Android or Google Play Protect may show a warning before it installs. Notes for each version are on GitHub.
Nothing else leaves your phone. Your buddy never sees your moods or learns why; they only get the one-line nudge to call.
The browser demo keeps its data in that browser only. Notifications, vibration and the contact picker work in the Android app.
